About Hamptons Signs

Hamptons Signs is a fast-growing signage and print company dedicated to delivering

high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We specialize in custom signs,

large-format printing, vehicle graphics, and a wide range of promotional materials. We are

looking for a motivated individual to join our team who is eager to learn and grow within the

printing and design industry.

Position Overview

The Printer/Graphic Designer will support both the design and production sides of our business.

This role involves creating artwork for clients, preparing files for print, operating printing

equipment, and ensuring that final products meet Hamptons Signs' quality standards. This

position is ideal for someone with a creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to

learn printing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Printing & Production: Operate and maintain large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators,

and related equipment (training provided). Assist with production tasks including printing,

trimming, laminating, weeding, and application. Inspect prints for accuracy, color consistency,

and overall quality.

  • Graphic Design: Create and edit designs for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, and print

materials. Prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring correct sizing, color profiles, and file formats.

  • General Duties: Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines while maintaining a

clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

  • Basic experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Interest or initial experience in printing, signage, or graphics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
