Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Facility: The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing
Location: Southampton, NY
Schedule: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $23.33–$24.33 per hour

The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated CNAs to join our nursing team. If you take pride in caring for others and want to work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued, we want to hear from you!

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and other activities of daily living

  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

  • Accurately document care and resident observations

  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies

  • Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and team members

  • Support residents’ participation in social and recreational activities

  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications
  • Active New York State CNA certification required

  • Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required

  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
