Job description
Handle daily operational tasks including document management, vendor coordination, and internal reporting. Serve as a first point of contact for clients on routine matters; coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex requests. Facilitate account activities, including transaction processing, internal allocations, and account setup/maintenance.
Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance, legal, and operational records; manage outbound communications and reporting deliverables. Assist with special projects, event logistics, and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain updated client records and assist with meeting prep, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in administration, operations, or client service roles. Financial Services experience is required Experience in consulting services or financial services is a plus Excellent attention to detail and follow-through across multiple workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage sensitive client information professionally. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
