Job description

We are recruiting a Financial Operations Associate for a long standing firm in the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting the full client lifecycle and firm operations, ideal for someone with a strong background in performance analysis, administration and, and operations who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.

Handle daily operational tasks including document management, vendor coordination, and internal reporting. Serve as a first point of contact for clients on routine matters; coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex requests. Facilitate account activities, including transaction processing, internal allocations, and account setup/maintenance.

Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance, legal, and operational records; manage outbound communications and reporting deliverables. Assist with special projects, event logistics, and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain updated client records and assist with meeting prep, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in administration, operations, or client service roles. Financial Services experience is required Experience in consulting services or financial services is a plus Excellent attention to detail and follow-through across multiple workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage sensitive client information professionally.
