The Company focuses on improving patient care through the use of patient-friendly devices and mobile communications to diagnose and treat heart disease faster. Our Cardiac Monitoring solutions use cellular networks to send near real time medical data to a central monitoring center. Our RhythmStarยฎ mobile cardiac monitoring system is the industry's first cloud-based, all-in-one patient monitoring solution which features a single-component, multi-modality monitor.

RhythMedix has launched the industry's first multi-modality wearable monitor that includes built in cellular technology for real time patient monitoring.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

RhythMedix / RMX Monitoring is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance & Data Analytics to serve as a central driver of data-driven decision making across finance, operations, and commercial functions. This role operates at the intersection of FP&A and advanced data analytics, with a strong emphasis on data extraction, modeling, report creation, and Power BI development. The individual will be responsible for transforming financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that support executive decision making, forecasting, and value-based care initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring experience within healthcare FP&A, payer/provider finance, managed care, healthcare operations, and/or value-based care environments and possess a strong ability to translate financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable business insights. This role will support executive leadership by enhancing organizational reporting capabilities, accelerating actuarial and financial modeling efforts, improving visibility into operational performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, analytics, operations, and value-based care strategies within a rapidly growing healthcare organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, particularly for new business directives
  • Aggregate, structure, and analyze large datasets across financial, operational, and commercial systems
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Standardize enterprise reporting across finance, operations, and commercial teams
  • Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
  • Support revenue analytics including margin analysis, utilization trends, and pricing insights
  • Translate complex datasets into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and commercial leadership to drive decision-making
  • Improve data integrity, reporting processes, and analytics infrastructure
  • Support strategic initiatives including value-based care modeling, PMPM analysis, and ROI evaluation
  • Support financial and actuarial modeling initiatives in partnership with Actuarial vender and internal leadership
  • Support evaluation of payer and risk-bearing provider opportunities
  • Analyze healthcare claims, reimbursement trends, and operational performance metrics
  • Assist leadership with financial modeling tied to emerging VBC contract structures and partnership opportunities
  • Support ad hoc strategic and operational analyses
  • Help facilitate executive presentations, board materials, and business planning initiatives


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related field required
  • 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, data analytics, or a related role
  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Strong Power BI development capabilities required, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and report automation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience with SQL preferred for querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Familiarity with Python or other analytical/programming tools
  • Healthcare, claims data, or value-based care experience
  • Experience building automated reporting environments and scalable data solutions
  • Exposure to ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Intacct, HubSpot)
  • Demonstrative use of AI and AI agents to support speed of creation
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting:
