Job Title: CRM Data AssociateJob Description
As a CRM Data Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales and Business Development functions through comprehensive CRM administration, reporting, and data-driven initiatives. You will collaborate closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure the accuracy of customer data, provide actionable insights, and drive process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Create spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor customer information, trends, and business performance.
  • Support reporting automation and dashboard development initiatives.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly CRM reports.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM data quality and integrity.
  • Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems.
  • Prepare campaign-ready contact lists and leadership reporting.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights on process effectiveness and performance metrics.
  • Translate business questions into measurable reports and analytics.
  • Conduct survey analysis and data evaluations.
  • Support ongoing business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency with data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, reporting, data reconciliation, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to combine and analyze datasets from multiple systems.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Entry-level SQL skills.
  • Python reporting and reconciliation skills are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with automation tools or scripting is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Turners Falls, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.75/hr.
