Responsibilities

  • Audit commission reports for accuracy
  • Upload or manually enter commission reports
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Assist with semiannual trade show prep and provide onsite support
  • Oversee Customer Database
  • Process and maintain invoicing
