Job description

Initiating a search for a Controller / CFO (#1 Role / Manufacturing / Agriculture) for a well-positioned, $50MM+ (and growing...organic and thru acquisition), multi-site/multi-state manufacturing & agriculture company headquartered in the broader Omaha/Fremont area. Position will lead a team of 5 experienced professionals and be responsible for overseeing/managing all aspects of the accounting/finance function (i.e. transactional, month-end close, internal/external financial reporting, financial/operational analysis (FP&A), cash/treasury, budgeting/forecasting/, KPI's/dashboarding, ERP, etc.) and driving both the identification and capture of accounting/finance/business process (and technology) streamlining/value-add opportunities. Position will be heavily involved with and have touchpoints across the organization.
