Being an Owner Operator at Brassica means running your own high-performing restaurant with the independence, earning potential, and impact of a true owner.


Day to Day Operations Leadership:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with excellence in food quality, service, and hospitality
  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and financial performance
  • Create meaningful guest experiences and community connections


Your journey:

  1. Owner Operator in Training: Start off with 20 weeks of comprehensive training, including regular check-ins and individualized goal-setting sessions, to ensure you’re well-prepared. Associate Owner Operator: Reinforce your leadership and operations skills by spending 18 to 36 months leading shifts, mastering all areas of responsibility, and being a part of new restaurant openings.
  2. Owner Operator: Open and lead your own Brassica, earning 50% of the bottom line ($225k on average). No personal investment required.
