Position Summary: The SkillBridge Manufacturing Technician participates in hands-on operations in a role combining kit assembly and graphic cutting. This position provides exposure to manufacturing and distribution processes, offering service members a unique opportunity to develop technical, operational, and problem-solving skills in a professional environment. Key Training Areas Graphic Cutter & Kit Assembly Functions: Learn to operate and maintain graphic cutting equipment to prepare materials for kits.

Assemble and package product kits according to standard operating procedures. Understand how to perform quality control checks to ensure kit completeness and accuracy. Track inventory levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.

General Operations: Learn how to support cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and efficiency. Assist with hands-on material handling, part assembly, and order fulfillment (not typical warehousing). Contribute to process improvement initiatives across operations.

Training Structure & Supervision Interns will shadow and be supervised by experienced operations staff. Weekly performance check-ins, skill-building objectives, and professional development guidance provided. Exposure to real projects, internal tools, with hands-on experience in manufacturing, kit assembly, and operational processes.

The Ideal Candidate Background in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or administration. Strong organizational and time management skills. More about the person than prior skills-the right individual can be trained.
