About the Role:
This role supports IMAX's film distribution and operations teams by maintaining critical data, reporting, and systems that enable smooth execution of film releases and box office tracking. The position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy across internal platforms, supporting reporting needs, and coordinating information sharing with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and distribute various daily and weekly reports to internal IMAX teams.
  • Maintain and update the IMAX theatre master list to ensure data accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and extend film ID codes through FTM and distribute to relevant internal groups.
  • Ensure accuracy of all information within the IMAX booking system in FTM.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of Title Bible data.
  • Update and distribute the IMAX international film slate to internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with box office data entry and reporting.
  • Provide support to Alternative and Local Language teams as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Draft and distribute notes for Film Distribution meetings.
  • Track pre-sales data using the EntTelligence platform.
  • Process invoices, ensuring proper coding and timely payment.
  • Participate in FTM system enhancements, including discussions and testing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years of relevant work experience; experience in entertainment, distribution, or post-production is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to challenge existing processes.
  • Professional and positive demeanor, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.

Hiring Range :
