Job Description

STARZ is seeking a Digital Design intern. This intern will be working with the Creative Services team to help design, produce and version marketing assets for Brand and Series campaign creative. Experience and an interest in digital and/or production design is highly preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Learn Creative Advertising and workflow within the creative marketing department, primarily when it comes to Digital, Print, Photo and Video.
  • Learn how to design, produce, and version assets for multiple channels.
  • Assist with asset design and production.
  • Learn how to apply brand guidelines to real-world marketing assets.
  • Understand how series and brand campaigns are developed end-to-end.
  • Gain experience collaborating cross-functionally with Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Provide a new unique voice and perspective when it comes to our teams creative.
  • Learn how to interpret creative briefs for design executions.
  • Participate and observe creative direction calls.

Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-sufficient with ability to evaluate art and film.
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects).
Naturally curious and eager to learn the film advertising world when it comes to trailers, TV spots, poster art, and digital ads.

Projects

  • Meet with Creative departments and create weekly reports with summaries of their learnings on how they understand the groups role in marketing towards their final project.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a cohesive set of brand marketing materials for a Brand campaign. The project focuses on delivering a consistent visual brand experience while collaborating with Creative and Marketing partners to develop, adapt, and version campaign assets across platforms.

Compensation Data
The pay rate for this internship is $20/hr.

All interns are required to attend orientation on Monday, June 15, 2026.

  • Regular business hours are 9 AM - 6 PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9 AM - 1 PM
  • Interns must not work more than 36 hours per week
  • Interns must be enrolled in a college or university and classified as rising juniors or seniors
  • Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
  • All internships are paid
