Openwork is hiring a dependable Filing & Inventory Clerk to support operations at a municipal airport facility in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, inventory tracking, filing, and clerical work in a professional environment.
This position combines inventory coordination, Excel-based tracking, filing, and moving throughout the facility to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organized filing systems.
  • Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Pull, issue, and track parts for operations and maintenance teams.
  • Update inventory records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Perform filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
  • Move throughout the facility to support inventory operations.
  • Assist with inventory reporting and audits as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of inventory, stockroom, clerical, or supply experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a clerical and inventory-focused role.
  • Ability to stay active and move around throughout the shift.
  • Professional communication skills and reliable attendance.
  • Aviation or regulated environment experience preferred.
Physical & Pre-Employment Requirements:
