Job description

Industrial Air Centers (IAC) is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Field Service Technician to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN territory.
Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installing Air Compressors and Compressed Air Dryers while also gaining knowledge and experience with industrial air compressors and other compressed air equipment.
Industrial Air Centers offers an excellent compensation and benefits package. Benefits include medical/dental/life/disability insurance and 401K. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Pre-employment and annual DOT drug screening and physical is required, as we are a Drug Free Workplace.
We also offer safety boot reimbursement, an on-call bonus, and a quarterly bonus based on the company's success overall (must complete 1 full quarter with the company to be eligible for quarterly bonus).
Requirements
  • Previous field service experience is desired
  • Previous experience working with commercial or industrial air compressors and dryers is strongly preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background
  • HVAC service technician experience is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
