Job description

The Director, Field Service is a leadership role responsible for the overall efficiency and customer satisfaction of the company's field service operations. They oversee the implementation and management of the service system, coordinate dispatching 3rd Party providers, and ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Must be a high energy, motivating individual, that supports their internal team that is focused on quick resolution while driving our 3rd Party service providers to deliver on our commitment to the customer/market.
  • They need to drive KPI’s while also performing root cause analysis to assist in problem resolution. This is a highly visible role within the organization that will assist in driving new business and market expansion and it’s performance is critical to strategic growth plan.
  • The Director of Field Service sets the tone in the department on keeping the team engaged with internal, national account personnel and 3rd party providers on the need for quickly closing tickets and striving for 1st Trip Resolution.
  • Manage and motivate a dynamic team focused on relentlessly taking care of the customer.
