Each call is different; the skill set you need for these positions varies depending on the industry in which you work.

What does a field service engineer do?

A Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. They often travel to different locations to troubleshoot technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
