Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a global leader in the HealthTech industry and play a key role within our Benelux Services & Solutions organization. Your primary focus will be on supporting our X-ray systems, ensuring they run reliably in critical healthcare environments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support and maintenance services for assigned business group to customers, performing troubleshooting, repair, upgrades, and installation of products and services with growing independence, while consistently adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • Track and record service activities such as customer interaction time, parts usage, and service outcomes in real time with high accuracy, contributing to operational efficiency, accountability, and process improvements.
  • Prepare thoroughly for service visits by diagnosing potential issues, organizing required parts, and developing structured action plans, with a focus on achieving first-visit resolution to maximize service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively address customer escalations, complaints, and feedback, coordinating the implementation of solutions to maintain trust and ensure timely, effective resolution of both routine and more complex issues.
  • Support business growth through customer engagement, identifying potential sales opportunities, upgrades, or value-added services during service visits, contributing to customer loyalty and organizational success.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise on assigned products and services, continuously expanding knowledge and identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery and customer support.
  • Participate in 24/7 duty for DXR (Extended Service Window).
You're the right fit if you have
  • High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science (as a preference).
  • Technical background as a field service engineer is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to identify and maintain customer relationships and related contacts.
  • Structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline.
  • Fluent verbal English, Dutch; good level in French.
  • Home residence located in Bruges - Aalst.
  • Driving license (B).
