Field Sales ManagerJoin PMX Industries – Driving Growth Through Customer Partnerships

PMX Industries, a nationally recognized leader in high-quality copper precision metal alloys, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This position is primarily office-based with occasional time spent in our production facilities and requires frequent domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned territory sales goals and support overall company growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Lead contract development and negotiations to support long-term customer partnerships.
  • Forecast customer demand and provide accurate sales projections.
  • Prepare and analyze booking reports, including variances to forecasts and business plans.
  • Develop monthly Demand Plans to support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Create monthly business forecasts based on current and anticipated customer demand.
  • Analyze customer bookings, market trends, and production capabilities to support strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe work environment for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, training, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with PCs and standard business software applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for all business and job-related transactions.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening requirements.
