Job Summary:
Nutrabolt is a fast-growing, global active health and wellness company with a portfolio of market leading performance-oriented brands. The Director, Enterprise Applications, is a senior technology leader responsible for setting and running Nutrabolt’s enterprise applications strategy to support performance, scale, and long term growth.
Responsibilities:
• Set the enterprise applications roadmap for D365 Finance and Operations and connected systems based on business priorities and delivery capacity.
• Set standards for configurations, extensions, custom applications, and integration patterns so the ERP ecosystem stays supportable and scalable.
• Make decisions that balance uptime, compliance, and change speed across D365 releases, integrations, and trading partner connections.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize investments, modernization, and technical debt reduction.
• Set the vision and roadmap for AI enabled capabilities across the ERP ecosystem, with clear use cases, value targets, and guardrails.
• Drive readiness for Microsoft Copilot and related D365 capabilities, including data quality and change adoption.
• Learn the needs of finance, supply chain, commercial, and operations teams.
• Improve order to cash, procure to pay, plan to produce, and record to report by fixing process gaps and system handoffs.
• Own intake and design for application changes, integrations, with clear requirements, test approach, and adoption plan.
• Drive improvements through process discipline, workflow automation, and better use of platform features.
• Run enterprise applications like products. Own the backlog, set priorities, manage releases, and track value delivered.
• Own D365 Finance and Operations, EDI and trading partner connectivity, enterprise integrations, ERP data governance and master data, and custom applications that extend core platforms.
• Lead managers, product owners, administrators, and external partners who run and deliver the portfolio.
• Ensure availability, performance, release discipline, and effective support.
• Improve system integration and continuity across internal platforms and external partners.
• Raise ERP and master data quality through clear standards and shared ownership with the business.
• Lead major programs, including implementations, upgrades, and stabilization after launch.
• Manage dependencies across business teams, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external partners.
• Own release and environment governance for D365 and connected applications, including intake, prioritization, testing, deployment, and change control.
• Manage integrators, managed service providers, and staffing partners to clear outcomes, service expectations, and budget.
• Lead AI adoption for enterprise applications, including intake of use cases, vendor evaluation, solution design, rollout, training, and ongoing controls.
• Communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and progress to leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Build and lead an enterprise applications team with clear ownership, strong partnership, and consistent delivery.
• Set team structure, operating cadence, and clear performance expectations.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent, and raise the maturity of the applications function.
• Maintain strong change control, access management, data integrity, security, and resilience for enterprise applications.
• Partner with finance, audit, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to support SOX controls and manage risk.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Ownership of D365 Finance and Operations in a CPG, retail, or distribution environment with integrated systems and frequent change.
• 10+ years leading enterprise applications and ERP delivery, including people leadership and release governance.
• Deep knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations, including security, integrations, environment management, and release cadence.
• Strong EDI experience for trading partner onboarding, mapping, and support.
• Experience connecting D365 with TMS, WMS, and custom applications using middleware or iPaaS, APIs, monitoring, and production support.
• Proven success delivering ERP and integration changes that improve close, inventory, fulfillment, or cost outcomes.
• Experience leading managers and cross functional teams through an enterprise applications operating model with clear intake, prioritization, testing, and release governance.
• Experience managing systems integrators, managed services, and software vendors across scope, budget, and delivery.
• Clear communicator who explains technical decisions in business terms.
• Ability to set direction for AI capabilities across ERP, integrations, and custom applications, and apply them to improve business processes with strong data and security practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred:
• SPS Commerce or DMEDI experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
