WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You'll work full-time between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some potential for Saturday work (between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm).
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS YOUR FIELD SALES MANAGER?
  • Split your time between the office and the field
  • Motivate your sales team to do their best and contribute to a supportive, high-performance culture
  • Set targets and quotas for the sales team and help them meet their goals by providing quality coaching and mentorship
  • Develop and implement strategies for aligning business development strategies with company goals and driving revenue growth
  • Use various analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports
  • Seek out potential industry partnerships and build a strategic network of construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and professionals
