Are you an experienced field leader with the ability to inspire teams, drive execution, and deliver exceptional retail experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where operational excellence, training, and team leadership are critical to success? Then you would be a great fit for Channel Partners supporting Bose Corporation programs as a Field Operations Manager.

As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading field execution and operational performance across Bose retail and event programs, with a strong focus on  Best Buy locations and key national and regional retail partners. This role will directly support retail execution, trainings, media events, trade shows, and brand activations while ensuring field teams consistently deliver a high-quality client and consumer experience.

This role will directly oversee a field team consisting of approximately 5 full-time employees and 23 part-time employees across multiple markets. The Field Operations Manager serves as the operational bridge between field teams, client services, recruiting, and leadership. This individual will focus heavily on execution, staffing, coaching, accountability, and operational consistency while supporting strategic client initiatives led by the Client Service Manager and senior leadership team.

This position will require travel up to 50% of the time.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day field execution across assigned Bose retail and event programs.
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a field team of full-time and part-time employees to ensure strong operational and sales performance. 
  • Support execution within  Best Buy and additional national and regional retail partners.
  • Conduct store visits, ride-alongs, trainings, and market evaluations to ensure execution standards are met.
  • Support Bose trade shows, media events, retail trainings, and special activations.
  • Partner closely with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure proper staffing coverage across all assigned markets.
  • Monitor program KPIs, staffing health, execution quality, and reporting compliance.
  • Identify operational challenges quickly and implement solutions to improve performance.
  • Ensure field teams execute brand messaging, product knowledge, advocacy, and training expectations consistently.
  • Maintain regular communication with leadership and Client Service teams regarding field performance and operational updates.
  • Assist with territory planning, scheduling, staffing alignment, and workload balancing.
  • Support escalation management and resolution within assigned markets.
  • Assist with new program launches, retail resets, and operational initiatives as needed.
  • Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by leadership.
What You'll Bring

Experience and Education 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail operations, field management, assisted selling, or agency experience.
  • Experience managing remote or multi-market field teams preferred.
  • Consumer electronics, retail, or experiential marketing experience strongly preferred.
