About the Role
We're hiring an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our residential shell projects. You'll direct field operations across all active jobs, lead our superintendents and field team, and keep subcontracted trades moving on schedule, on budget, and to our quality and safety standards. This is a key leadership seat with a direct line to ownership and real room to grow as the company scales.

What You'll Do

  • Direct day-to-day field operations across all active residential shell projects and set priorities across the job portfolio
  • Lead, support, and hold accountable the field superintendents and field support team
  • Own the master production schedule and sequence subcontracted trades (concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, structural steel) to keep work flowing
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to scope, schedule, and quality; run pre-construction and pre-trade coordination
  • Enforce quality standards, coordinate inspections, and manage punch-out and closeout to minimize callbacks and warranty work
  • Own jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and daily safe-site conditions
  • Manage field costs to budget and support job-cost tracking; partner with estimating on constructability and buyout
  • Recruit, train, and develop field staff as the company grows

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years in residential or commercial construction field operations with progressive supervisory responsibility
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills; structural shell experience (concrete, masonry, framing, structural steel)
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend a plus)
  • OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 a plus)
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Vehicle & fuel allowance
  • Employer-contributed health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • Tenure-based paid time off, plus paid holidays and sick days
  • Quarterly performance bonus
  • Sign-on bonus
  • 401(k) planned for the near future
