Field Operations Manager

$100,000-$120,000 annually + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Mainline Plumbing, AC & Electrical is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our residential Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical operations throughout South Florida.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the home service industry, knows how to develop technicians and frontline leaders, and can balance operational excellence with an exceptional customer experience. You'll work alongside ownership to help scale the business, strengthen accountability, and continue building a culture where both employees and customers win.

What You'll Own:

  • Leading the daily operations of our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical service departments.
  • Driving technician performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the business
  • Managing scheduling, dispatch, and workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining service quality.
  • Lead, coach, and support technicians, dispatchers, and office personnel to build a high-performing team.
  • Track key performance indicators, revenue, profitability, and service quality to ensure operational success.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing employee development.
  • Coordinate technician workloads and daily field operations to improve productivity.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, operational procedures, and customer experience.
  • Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure inventory, job staging, and field readiness are aligned.
  • Collaborate with ownership on staffing strategies, operational improvements, and business growth initiatives.
  • Promote a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We are Looking for:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in home service operations (Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Electrical preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading field service teams in a high-volume residential environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technician sales, dispatch operations, and service workflows.
  • Experience managing or influencing P&L performance, budgeting, and operational profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused.
