Pay Rate: $25.07-$40.11 hourly
Job Description:
  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of the department/area.
  • Participates in the interviewing and selecting process.
  • Assigns work and follows up on work on of the employees.
  • Provides input and assists with the performance appraisal process.
  • Monitors educations requirements of staff.
  • Oversees orientation of new employees.
  • Assists with the facilitation of disciplinary actions.
  • Maintains schedule and assures staffing levels are appropriate.
  • Assists with development, facilitation and implementation of departmental projects.

Job Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree or higher in the applicable field of study preferred
Experience: Experience working in Health Care Facilities setting is preferred.
Medium Work: Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force
frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
