Job Description:

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Backhaul Coordinator located in Aurora IL. Our client is a Foods industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

Role Summary / Overview

The Backhaul coordinator will support the team and logistics functions by performing general clerical activities.

Day to day this person will be assisting our clerks with tasks related to receiving orders in and checking drivers out. They will also help our clerks with getting orders ready to go out via our will call process
and any filing or sorting of paperwork related to tasks assigned by management.

Under general supervision perform standard but diversified general office duties requiring some knowledge of the unit’s warehouse and company policy, practice and procedures.

Respond to general inquiries concerning area activities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Will work in the receiving office.
 

Qualification:

Good with computers and also be able to learn new systems.
Familiar with WMS systems and Microsoft products like excel, and word.
Ability to think on their feet and be a team player who can stay calm under the pressure of accomplishing
the tasks at hand.
High School diploma or GED preferred
1 to 5 years of experience
Warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Additional Information

Duration: 03 Months with possibility of extension

Location:  Aurora IL 60563

Shift hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
