Proposal Writer (Federal Government)
Topsarge Business Solutions, a leader in professional training and consultancy services, is seeking an experienced Proposal and Grant Writer to join our team. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of developing and managing federal proposals, specifically those related to the Department of Defense (DoD).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, write, and edit proposals and grant applications for federal contracts, with a focus on DoD requirements.
  • Develop compliant and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitation types.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and other stakeholders to gather and synthesize information.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and federal acquisition regulations.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of federal procurement trends, DoD regulations, and grant opportunities.
