As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior-level program management position provides consistent high quality end-to-end contract management throughout the project lifecycle.  Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, effectively applying Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure.  As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. As a position of professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in identifying and resolving major issues and risks impacting project success. 

The ideal candidate will be located in the Arlington, VA area for team collaboration, and able to commit to 4 days per week in the office.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Accountable for monitoring adherence to scope / contractual delivery and financial commitments in accordance with the TO PWS
  • Manages the scope of large-scale multi-site task orders with varying levels of complexity.
  • Works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. 
  • Accountable for task order financials, manages forecast to actual variances in alignment with KPI targets
  • Ensures customer deliverables are high-quality, complete and acceptable to the client.
  • Provides direction and mentoring to project teams. 
  • Enables business development efforts including contract modifications by providing subject matter expertise
  • Work with VA PM / COR for timely invoice processing
  • Manage and monitor Work at Risk Approvals
  • Initiate and manage 3rd party supplier contracts
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, including externalization to VA
  • Monitor Integrated Master Schedule and ensure alignment with project progress.
  • Lead Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client
  • Maintain strong client relationships with VA counterparts
  • Lead internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) for assigned task order(s), execute Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
