Job description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE OFFICE of BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE PMO.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Managing or directing a complex federal program responsible for real estate management, disposal, and environmental remediation efforts supporting real property disposal of multiple installations;
2. Supervising or overseeing multi-disciplinary teams including program managers, environmental specialists, engineers, and/or analysts;
3. Managing the PPBE process for environmental cleanup, caretaker operations, and real property disposal costs in support of former or closing installations;
4. Representing an organization before senior government officials, regulatory agencies, local redevelopment authorities, and/or Congressional stakeholders on property disposal and environmental program matters; and
5. Developing and implementing business plans in support of base closures or realignments under applicable federal real property disposal laws and regulations.
