Program Manager
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to be considered.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Cherokee Insights is seeking a Program Manager to manage and oversee the USSOCOM Joint Special Operations Forces Readiness Training Support (JSTRS) program.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Program Manager Responsibilities Include:
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing the execution of all requirements, controlling costs, and communicating with the Government
  • Attend initial business and technical meetings
  • Represent subcontractors in all circumstances
  • Provide status on program activities to USSOCOM J37 Government personnel, as needed
  • Ensure all deliverables are timely
  • Resolve issues and/or conflicts
  • Attend meetings related to the program as applicable
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of military experience
  • Experience in communicating across a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international locations, and driving results
  • Certified in project management
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Expert written and oral communication skills
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
