We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to our company's growth by engaging with clients and driving revenue through effective communication and relationship building.


Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to promote our products and services

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closing deals

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and industry trends

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target


Inside Sales Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a related role
