Job Summary
This Sr. Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for engaging with potential clients within the US Federal System Integrators, utilizing strategic thinking to align business goals, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. The role conducts independent outbound sales, achieving or surpassing sales targets consistently.
Responsibilities
Conducts outbound sales activities independently, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process and effectively moving leads through the pipeline.
Meets or exceeds assigned sales quotas and performance goals consistently, showing a strong grasp of both transactional and solutions-based selling.
Applies strategic thinking to engage with customers aligned with specific business objectives, making informed decisions about when to involve outside sales representatives for more complex or competitive scenarios.
Utilizes consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value proposition of products and services.
Prospects and uncovers sales opportunities within existing customers, while effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in accordance with organization sales processes.
Partners effectively with other teams within the organization to ensure coordinated and efficient account management, collaborating as needed to improve win rates.
