A farm assistant supports daily farm operations by performing tasks such as planting, harvesting, feeding livestock, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness of the farm environment. They often work outdoors in various weather conditions and may need basic knowledge of farming tools and safety procedures.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Farming Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Farming Assistant, you need basic agricultural knowledge, physical stamina, and familiarity with planting, harvesting, and farm maintenance tasks, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
