Requirements:

Agriculture Equipment Operator/ Farm Crew Member practices and job duties may include:

  • Operating agricultural machinery such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation equipment.
  • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
  • Assisting in planting, cultivating, and harvesting agricultural crops.
  • Performing routine maintenance on farming machinery.
  • Assisting trucks when entering, loading, unloading and leaving field.
  • Communicating efficiently with management, drivers and other staff as necessary.
  • General sod farm labor
