FAN GROWTH COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION

The Fan Growth Coordinator will support the development and execution of innovative fan engagement strategies designed to grow, retain, and deepen relationships with Dallas Cowboys fans across multiple platforms, communities, and experiences. This position will support the execution of Brand & Marketing Department initiatives across the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, AT&T Stadium, The Star in Frisco, and related Jones Family Businesses.
The Fan Growth Coordinator supports the creation and execution of fan-facing programs across areas including the Dallas Cowboys Mascot Program, Dallas Cowboys United Fan Club, NFL Draft activations, Training Camp fan experiences, gaming initiatives, international activations, entertainment partnerships, cultural events, and other strategic fan growth opportunities in meaningful ways. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, data-driven, and passionate about developing experiences that strengthen fan loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Support the development and execution of fan growth strategies designed to increase fan acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty.
โ€ข Coordinate Dallas Cowboys Mascot Program operations, including scheduling appearances, managing requests, communicating with performers, tracking appearances, processing invoices, and supporting marketing initiatives.
โ€ข Assist in building and managing new fan engagement programs from concept development through execution, including research, planning, logistics, and measurement.
โ€ข Support fan-facing activations and experiences across domestic and international markets, including events, entertainment initiatives, cultural programs, and strategic partnerships.
โ€ข Coordinate the planning and execution of Dallas Cowboys United Fan Club initiatives, including member communications, benefits, fulfillment, game day experiences, and program enhancements.
โ€ข Coordinate NFL Draft activations, Training Camp fan experiences, Fan of the Year programming, and other major fan engagement opportunities.
โ€ข Support emerging fan growth initiatives including gaming, digital communities, third-party events, and new platforms that connect the Dallas Cowboys with evolving fan audiences.
โ€ข Research trends in sports, entertainment, technology, and culture to identify opportunities to create new fan experiences and engagement strategies.
โ€ข Coordinate communication and relationships with internal departments, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of fan initiatives.
โ€ข Assist with marketing campaign execution across a marketing capacity or to support fan growth initiatives.
โ€ข Maintain and analyze CRM databases, fan records, reporting dashboards, and engagement metrics to understand fan behaviors and identify opportunities for growth.
โ€ข Prepare reports and insights to measure program performance, fan engagement, and opportunities for improvement.
โ€ข Coordinate assigned budgets, invoices, and operational tracking documents to support successful program execution.
โ€ข Support Brand & Marketing Department initiatives, events, and special projects as assigned.
โ€ข Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Fan Growth Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
โ€ข Bachelor's degree preferred
โ€ข 1+ year of experience in marketing with an emphasis on fan engagement, experiential activations, event marketing, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, or social media is preferred.
โ€ข Available to attend and work Dallas Cowboys Training Camp in Oxnard, CA. annually for the duration of camp (approximately 5-6 weeks).
โ€ข Available to work all Dallas Cowboys home game days and select evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and develop solutions in an evolving environment.
โ€ข Passion for sports, entertainment, fan engagement, and creating memorable experiences.
โ€ข Experience in sports, entertainment, events, hospitality, marketing, partnerships, or community engagement preferred.
โ€ข Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
โ€ข Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
โ€ข Experience managing databases, CRM platforms, reporting tools, or fan engagement platforms preferred.
โ€ข Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
โ€ข Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
โ€ข Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, game days, and off-site fan events as needed
โ€ข Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time (8 hours or more)
โ€ข Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
