Fan Ambassadors (Guest Services Team Members) ensure the highest level of hospitality by welcoming and assisting guests throughout their entire journey-from arrival to departure. This includes greeting and scanning tickets, supporting ticket and retail sales, answering questions, and creating a warm, engaging environment for every guest. This role also supports overall venue operations by assisting with wayfinding, event setup and breakdown, answering phone inquiries, and helping maintain a safe, organized environment for all guests and team members.
Responsibilities:
