Job description

Position Summary:

  • Act as point of contact by promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of all open positions, internally and externally.
  • Market and maintain company branding and community presence by networking, participating in community/virtual job fairs, college recruitment and other hiring events.
  • Build and create effective and continuous qualified candidate pool
  • Source and recruit candidates by using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, direct mail-piece, and top-notch niche market job posting search engines.
  • Review resumes, pre-screen, schedule, and interview candidates
  • Assist with the creation and edits of job description library
  • Maintain and update company-wide job postings and ATS (applicant tracking systems).
  • Stay abreast of recruitment trends and verified best practices
  • Coordinate, and negotiate third-party vendor placement contracts.
  • Ensure all screening, recruitment and hiring practices are in accordance with CA employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study
  • A minimum of Six (6) months experience as a Recruiter
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Spread Sheets
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Self-Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work well independently
  • Results driven and able to provide results in a data presentation format
  • Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships with leadership, staff, vendors, and other external customers
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CA Employment and Labor Laws
  • Must be coach-able with a positive affect and worldview

This position also requires, a current and valid state of California drivers' license, proof of current automobile insurance, a reliable source of transportation and a good driving record.
