Location - Las Vegas, NV

Pay Range - $50,000 - $60,000/annually

Please Note -This is far from a traditional recruiter position. Success in this role requires creativity, urgency, adaptability, and the ability to go beyond conventional recruiting practices & platforms to find top talent.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Community Outreach Recruiter to support high-volume warehouse staffing operations in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, increasing office walk-ins, recruiting bilingual talent, and maintaining consistent hiring flow for warehouse and distribution positions.

The ideal candidate is community-driven, tech-savvy, experienced with social media recruiting, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of warehouse candidates for current and future openings
  • Increase daily walk-in traffic through community outreach and local recruiting efforts
  • Recruit and maintain a strong pool of bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
  • Post and manage a high volume of job advertisements on Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Actively engage in Facebook local job groups throughout Dallas, Irving, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Carrollton, and surrounding areas
  • Conduct community outreach at apartment complexes, workforce centers, community events, and local businesses
  • Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for warehouse, distribution, and logistics positions
  • Handle onboarding processes including I-9 verification, E-Verify, background checks, and new hire documentation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Follow up consistently with candidates to keep pipelines active and engaged
  • Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns
  • Support office operations and provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • Previous staffing, recruiting, warehouse, or community outreach experience preferred
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong experience using Facebook recruiting groups and social media recruiting platforms
  • Tech-friendly and comfortable using ATS systems, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of onboarding procedures, I-9 verification, and hiring compliance processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation for local outreach activities
