Job description

Talent Acquisition & Brand Engagement Specialist

Build Our Team. Build Our Brand. Build Our Future.

At Dardini, recruiting isn't about filling seats, it's about building relationships, creating opportunities, and attracting people who want to be part of something bigger.

We're looking for someone who understands that talent comes in many forms. Sometimes it's the next great dispatcher, sales professional, or operations leader. Other times it's an industry connection, a strategic partnership, or someone who opens the door to the next big opportunity.

This role is equal parts recruiter, brand ambassador, social media strategist, and relationship builder.

We want someone who gets to know our people, understands our culture, tells our story, and keeps our company visible across social media while continuously building a pipeline of great talent and valuable industry connections.

If you're energized by connecting people, growing a brand, and helping build a winning culture, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Identify, recruit, and attract top talent for entry-level, mid-level, and professional positions.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline.
  • Represent Dardini across social media platforms by creating engaging content that highlights our people, culture, successes, and career opportunities.
  • Keep our social media presence active, authentic, and aligned with our brand.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, company goals, and future growth initiatives.
  • Attend networking events, job fairs, community functions, and industry events to expand our reach.
  • Develop relationships that strengthen the Dardini brand, even when they don't result in an immediate hire.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recruiting campaigns.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Support new hires through onboarding and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Continuously look for creative ways to attract exceptional people to our organization.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a proven ability to identify quality candidates.
  • Experience managing and growing business social media accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable creating engaging content, photos, videos, and recruiting campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing the recruiting function independently.
  • Naturally outgoing with exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for company culture, branding, and helping organizations grow.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, staffing, or sales recruiting.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook recruiting, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Photography, video editing, Canva, or content creation experience.
  • Experience building employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong local business and professional networking connections.

Who You Are

You don't simply recruit, you connect. You understand that every conversation could lead to a future employee, customer, partner, or opportunity. You're curious about people. You enjoy telling stories, building communities, and representing a company you're proud of. You know that the best recruiting happens long before a job is posted because you're constantly building relationships and creating visibility.
