Responsibilities
  • Prepare originators/change orders for customers.
  • Audit and scan contracts to customers.
  • Apply credits from pro-formas and payments.
  • Adding payments/credits/claim settlements into tracking spreadsheets.
  • Request, send reminders, and confirm advance payment for bookings.
  • Create and update checklists and documents.
  • Prepare and audit Export documents per checklists and send final documentation.
