PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: We are hiring a Guest Experience Intern on behalf of our parent company, which oversees the following brands: Classic Fun Center (Orem), Ritz Magic Wheels, Ritz Eats & Sweets, RollCall, The Alley, East End Skating, and Infly.co. For this position, we are looking for someone who is versatile and willing to do many types of work. They will participate in a variety of projects to help optimize our guest experience. These projects will vary in scope and there will be plenty of opportunity to gain new skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and run mystery shopper checklists
  • Measure wait times, guest flow, and signage clarity - evaluate layouts
  • Collect guest feedback; track top issues and wins
  • Support community outreach to schools, youth orgs, and partners
  • Work on various projects to improve the guest experience
