Position Description:
CGI is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Business Unit (BU) Leader. In this role, the ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative, organizational, and business related responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of day to day activities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong willingness to learn and understand our business operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to excellence. Some travel is required to support internal events.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. CGI will consider candidates local to the Northern Virginia/DC region.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Administrative Support
. Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments to maximize time management and productivity.
. Coordinate domestic and some international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, office bookings, and logistics. Prepare and proactively manage expense report submissions.
. Prepare and edit correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Event and Meeting Coordination
. Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings leadership summits, and events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
. Conduct research and compile data to support decision making and planning.
. Serve as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Operational Duties
. Develop an understanding of the organization's operations, goals, and strategic direction to anticipate needs effectively.
. Coordinate with other Strategic Business Units and Business Units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
. Oversee and manage special projects on an as needed basis.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a similar capacity.
. Must work at CGI's Fairfax, VA office at least three days a week, with flexibility for additional in office time if business needs arise.
. Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality is critical to this role.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities while adapting to evolving business needs in a fast paced environment.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other collaboration tools.
. A natural curiosity and bias toward learning CGI's business operations to enhance support and efficiency. Proven problem solving and decision making abilities.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $136,200.00.
