As a Global Information Security (GIS) Office Administrative Assistant, you will be performing duties to support up to 3 executives as well as general oversight of GIS office space. Office Assistant responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Administrative support including managing and coordination of daily schedule and calendaring for multiple GIS executives in the US - Manages the calendar of multiple leaders proactively, effectively resolving conflicts that arise in an efficient, professional manner - Executive travel coordination for domestic and international needs (hotel, flight, transportation bookings) - Expense management for self and executives - Planning and coordination of employee engagement events ranging in size from small to large - Manages different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once - Manages building access for employees and visitors - Management and procurement of office technology and maintenance needs - Ordering and maintaining general office supply inventories (headsets, hardware, pens, paper, breakroom supplies, etc.) - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all safety standards are met

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
