Work Environment

This remote position allows for flexibility, enabling clinicians to craft their work schedules while working from the comfort of their own homes. Our administration team aids in handling logistical tasks such as billing and record-keeping, allowing therapists to focus primarily on client care and therapeutic processes, thereby enriching the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy across diverse age groups, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize an efficient billing service that handles insurance claims, client accounts receivable, and benefit checks, allowing you to dedicate more time to client interaction.
• Maintain accurate and timely records for all client interactions, ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless care continuity.
• Organize ongoing appointments and manage a well-kept calendar, ensuring consistent follow-up sessions and support for clients.
• Demonstrate clinical competency by working with a variety of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic strategies to suit different client scenarios effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base ranges across various demographics, addressing a myriad of clinical concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. This variety allows our therapists to employ a rich toolkit of therapeutic techniques and enrich their own clinical practice through diverse experiences.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.
• Exhibit professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency in all interactions.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, self-sufficiency, along with exceptional organizational and time-management skills essential for remote work.
• Be available for a full-time commitment with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings each week for client convenience.

Preferred Experience

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy, as we prioritize this skill set in our practice.
• Candidates with ongoing professional development, including workshops and further education, will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by possible bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy numerous benefits including:
