As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Currently Offering: $27.50 Training Pay for 11weeks * Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus, which terms and conditions will be provided upon hire. Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.

Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals.

Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Sales Executive Trainee: Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law. One-year related experience is preferred. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
