LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a financial services company in Glendale, AZ that is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position $36.00-40.00 per hour depending on prior experience. This requires a high-level of communication, professionalism, technological utilization, and executive support. Job Description: Liaison calls and emails for leadership executives; have a professional correspondence on their behalf Manage multiple executives' calendars and streamline efficiencies Coordinate all logistics for the executive leadership team Schedule meetings Draft agendas Develop and distribute presentation materials Record meeting minutes and compile action items for delivery Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for c-suite level executives Reconcile multiple expense reports and run financial reports Create powerpoint/slide deck presentation for clients as requested Review contracts for compliance Take meeting minutes and send out action items to departments Purchase office supplies and office inventory- track inventory in spreadsheet Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Provide support to various departments as needed. Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ year of recent proven experience as a senior level administrative or executive assistant supporting a c-suite level executive Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional communication For onboarding:10 year background check, credit check, and drug screen.
