This is a high impact position for someone who thrives on creating structure, managing priorities, and keeping executives operating at their highest level. The ideal candidate comes from a wealth management, financial advisory, banking, insurance, or professional services background and understands the importance of discretion, follow-through, and exceptional client service.

You'll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping manage competing priorities, coordinating key initiatives, maintaining critical client and business relationships, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Track and maintain client and business relationships within CRM systems
  • Coordinate executive meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, and special events

  • Strong understanding of executive support, client service, and business operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and composure
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and execute with minimal oversight

Preferred Experience

  • Supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership teams
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment management, banking, or insurance
  • Exposure to client documentation, financial paperwork, or regulated industries
