Job description

A well-established law firm is willing to pay what it takes, plus benefits. Birmingham, AL location! Great opportunity for someone organized, ambitious, and hard-working. First year potential $70K+! This is a fantastic opportunity with a great firm! The Firm Administrator will support the daily operations of the Managing Members. Review and update complex documents, calendar management, executive correspondence, and meeting prep. Oversee daily firm operations, managing staff workflows and projects. Prepare reports. Assist with HR functions - onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking. Support financial processes, budgeting assistance, invoicing, expense management, and vendor relations. Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making and process improvements.

QuickBooks! 5+ years of experience in executive support or management in a professional office setting. Legal office exp. a plus. HSG, Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Normal Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
