We are seeking a part-time professional with hands-on experience supporting and administering the Lynx platform. The ideal candidate will provide operational and technical support, assist with system configuration and troubleshooting, and help ensure the continued effectiveness of Lynx-related processes and programs


  • Provide ongoing Lynx system support and user assistance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution activities.
  • Assist with system updates, configurations, and process improvements.
  • Support customer and stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
  • Participate in meetings, training events, and occasional travel as needed.

  • Demonstrated experience working with the Lynx system/platform.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC (Common Access Card).
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically as required.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time support capacity.

Hourly Rate: $50.00–$75.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
