The Strategic Account Executive will spearhead revenue expansion and executive relationship management across our highest-value accounts. Positioned at the intersection of product innovation and customer growth, you will architect account strategies that maximize long-term Total Contract Value while driving transformative outcomes for top real estate portfolios.

Your Impact

  • Own and scale a portfolio of top-tier accounts, building executive-level relationships and building trust by listening to customer needs.

  • Architect and execute multi-year strategic account plans to maximize Total Contract Value across complex enterprise environments.

  • Lead full sales cycle expansion initiatives, leveraging Challenger Sales methodologies to drive net-new logo acquisition, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

  • Thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment by partnering closely with Strategic Customer Success Managers, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Synthesize strategic customer feedback to directly influence GTM initiatives and future product roadmaps.

  • Consistently meet commitments by building scalable playbooks from the ground up to support high-growth revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in consultative solution selling, enterprise negotiations, and executive-level relationship management.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and high-growth environments with a proactive, playbook-building mindset.

  • Deep curiosity and a customer-first approach to solving complex business challenges.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation capabilities.

  • History of elevating the collective output of the department through shared strategy and cross-functional alignment.

Must Have

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of managing strategic accounts (SaaS or tech industry preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex enterprise environments across the full sales cycle.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings and internal alignment.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $244,000.00 - $305,000.00 OTE. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
