Job description

Remote Strategic Account Executive

Location: Remote, United States

We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed AI company transforming how major organisations operate across essential, high-impact industries. With exceptional product-market fit, rapid revenue growth, and an ambitious path toward IPO, this is an opportunity to join a sales organisation at a pivotal scale-up moment.

The companyโ€™s AI platform helps enterprise customers automate complex customer-facing workflows, reduce operational costs, and deliver better experiences at scale. Its technology is already used across millions of end users in the US, and demand is accelerating quickly.

They are now hiring experienced Strategic Account Executives to win and grow large enterprise customers nationwide.

The Opportunity

This is a true full-cycle, strategic enterprise sales role for someone who enjoys hunting, creating momentum, and closing meaningful deals. You will own the entire sales process, from identifying target accounts and building executive relationships through to negotiation, close, and expansion.

You will work directly with senior decision-makers, including C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders, helping them understand how AI can fundamentally improve their business operations.

This is a high-expectation, high-reward environment. You will have autonomy, meaningful influence, and the chance to help shape a rapidly scaling enterprise sales function without the red tape of a large corporation.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, closing, and account expansion.

  • Build relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders across strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to win high-value, complex opportunities.

  • Drive new logo acquisition while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within closed accounts.

  • Partner closely with SDRs, customer success, product, and leadership to maximise account value and customer outcomes.

  • Lead high-impact product demonstrations and tailored business cases for senior buyers.

  • Provide market and customer feedback that influences product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

  • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.

  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and contribute to its growing market presence.

  • Help raise the bar for sales excellence by sharing best practices and attracting exceptional talent to the team.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success selling and negotiating high-value enterprise contracts.

  • Experience closing deals of at least $150K ACV, with the ability to manage multi-million-dollar opportunities.

  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota, ideally with a previous annual quota of $1.6M+ in SaaS ARR.

  • Proven experience winning new business through a proactive, outbound-led approach.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a hyper-growth environment, ideally one achieving 100%+ year-over-year growth.

  • A strategic, commercially sharp approach to complex sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processes.

  • High ownership, resilience, ambition, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with high standards.

Why Join
  • Join a category-defining AI business at a major growth inflection point.

  • Sell a proven, high-demand product with strong enterprise adoption and clear customer ROI.

  • Work on high-ACV, fast-moving opportunities with strong team attainment.

  • Earn uncapped commission with a realistic path to exceptional earnings.

  • Receive competitive equity and meaningful upside as the company continues to scale.

  • Enjoy real autonomy, visibility with senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape how a world-class enterprise sales team is built.

  • Build your career in an environment designed for high performers: demanding, fast-paced, collaborative, and highly rewarding.

Location

This role is fully remote across the United States. The company has a preference for candidates located in or near Texas, New York City, Boston, or Chicago, though outstanding candidates based anywhere in the US will be considered.

Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
