Executive Social Content Creator
Job Summary
The Executive Social Media Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the social presence of a high-profile executive across both personal and professional platforms.
This role goes far beyond content creation. It is a hybrid of strategist, creator, editor, operator, and on-the-ground content producer. Owning the end-to-end execution of the executive's social presence from idea to publish.
You will shape how the executive shows up in the world; capturing real moments, translating them into compelling content, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
This role requires close partnership with the executive, including real-time content capture, travel when needed, and the ability to operate in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.
The ideal candidate understands how to balance authenticity with performance. Creating content that feels human, timely, and culturally relevant, while also driving engagement, reach, and influence.
Duties / Responsibilities
Executive Social Strategy & Presence
  • Own the overall social strategy for Linda's brand
  • Define content pillars, voice, and positioning aligned with business priorities and thought leadership goals
  • Identify opportunities to insert Linda into relevant cultural, industry, and real-time conversations
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all platforms
Content Capture (Including Travel & Real-Time Moments)
  • Capture content in real-time during meetings, events, travel, and day-to-day moments
  • Travel as needed to document key moments, speaking engagements, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Proactively identify and capture authentic, unscripted content opportunities
  • Operate with discretion, professionalism, and strong situational awareness in executive environments
Content Creation & Editing
  • Concept, script, film, and edit high-quality social content across formats (short-form video, carousels, static, text-based posts)
  • Turn raw footage and real-world moments into polished, platform-native content
  • Develop content that balances storytelling, education, and personality
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand, compliance, and messaging standards
Publishing & Platform Management
  • Manage posting across all platforms, including timing, formatting, tagging, and optimization
  • Write captions in Linda's voice
  • Monitor comments, engagement, and conversations, identifying opportunities for response or amplification
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of high-quality output
Performance & Optimization
  • Analyze content performance across platforms (engagement, reach, growth, etc.)
  • Identify patterns and insights to continuously improve content strategy
  • Test new formats, tones, and content types to expand reach and relevance
  • Balance data-driven optimization with creative instinct
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, PR, Communications, and Leadership to align messaging and priorities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment
  • Act as a trusted partner and extension of Linda's voice and presence
Required Skills / Abilities
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok) and what performs on each
  • Proven experience managing or supporting a personal brand, executive presence, or creator account
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong sense of voice, tone, and timing
  • High proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Ability to operate in real-time, fast-paced environments with minimal direction
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to interpret performance and optimize content
  • Comfortable traveling and working flexible hours as needed
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in social content creation, personal branding, or digital media
  • Experience working with executives, founders, or public-facing leaders is highly preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries is a plus
  • Portfolio required demonstrating content creation, storytelling, and platform fluency
