Job description

About Nutricost

Nutricost is a high-growth supplement brand on a mission to make health simple. We donโ€™t just sell vitamins; we sell a lifestyle of performance and wellness. Our marketing team is the heartbeat of the company, and we are looking for a creative spark to help us tell our story through visual content that doesn't just look goodโ€”it converts.

The Role

This isn't a "social media manager" role where you sit behind a spreadsheet all day. This is a Creative Marketer role. We need someone who understands the "why" behind a viral video and knows how to use visual storytelling to move the needle.
You will be the bridge between our products and our community. Youโ€™ll spend your days brainstorming concepts, filming aesthetic content in our studio, and experimenting with marketing angles that turn viewers into lifelong Nutricost customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Concepting: Brainstorm "scroll-stopping" ideas for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Youโ€™ll take a boring bottle of vitamins and turn it into a high-energy lifestyle story.
  • Content Production: Own the entire creative processโ€”from writing scripts and storyboarding to filming and high-speed editing.
  • Marketing Strategy: Learn to identify "winning" content by analyzing hooks, retention rates, and click-throughs. Youโ€™ll use these insights to iterate on your creative work.
  • Brand Storytelling: Ensure every piece of content feels like Nutricost: clean, effective, and relatable.
  • Rapid Prototyping: We move fast. Youโ€™ll be expected to test new trends, visual styles, and marketing hooks daily to see what resonates with our audience.

Qualifications

  • A Creative Portfolio: Show us your best work. We want to see your eye for lighting, your pacing in edits, and your ability to hook an audience in under 3 seconds.
  • Marketing Intuition: You understand that a video shouldn't just be "pretty"โ€”it needs to have a purpose (educational, entertaining, or aspirational).
  • Technical Agility: Mastery of mobile editing (CapCut/Splice) and a deep understanding of platform-specific features (green screen, trending filters, stitch/duet).
  • Fitness-Minded: A personal interest in health, supplements, or athletics is a huge plusโ€”it helps you speak the language of our customers.
  • Vibe Check: You are high-energy, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a creative "think tank" environment in our Vineyard office.

Why Nutricost?

  • Creative Freedom: We have a "fail fast, learn faster" mentality. We give you the resources to test your wildest creative ideas.
  • State-of-the-Art Tools: Work with professional lighting, cameras, and a limitless supply of supplements to feature in your content.
  • Growth Track: We aren't just hiring a creator; weโ€™re hiring a future marketing leader. Youโ€™ll learn the business side of content from seasoned pros.
  • The Culture: Vineyard-based office with an on-site gym, basketball court, and a team that actually likes working together.

Nutricost is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on gender, race or color, ethnicity or national origin, age, disability, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression), veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
