Senior Executive Assistant - On Site

This position is responsible for providing ongoing administrative, planning and executive support of a highly complex and confidential nature for a system executive. The position assists in meeting specialized goals, and contributes to the achievement of the organization's vision, mission and strategic objectives by providing special project and executive support to a position of significant leadership within the PH and S system. The activities of this position include supporting an executive(s) by managing calendars, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation and other logistical matters. It is anticipated that the person holding this position will network extensively with many of the organization's leadership and health system stakeholders and will represent their supervisor and the health system in a positive and professional manner. This position differs from the Executive Assistant to the Board (etc.) in that this position supports a system executive(s) whose position(s) is more focused in organizational scope.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Liberal Arts, or related subject., or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Coursework/Training: Graduation from a technical program in secretarial or office support services., or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5 or more years as an administrative assistant for an executive (or operational support professional for an executive team and/or legal department).

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience supporting an in-house legal executive team
